Tell me a funny joke (that's not dirty)
The squealing pig
My Avon Administrator was talking to a crowd of more than fifty Avon salesmen and women. She said I have had a very hard day today. I wouldn't want anyone to be in my shoes. But I just have to tell you all about it. She said the day had gone very well. By the early afternoon she's had all of her Avon products accounted for and delivered to all of her customers. She said she was just leaving to go out the door and to go to the school to get her fourteen year old daughter when the phone rang. On the phone was another Avon customer. She said that she had the Avon products that the customer wanted. But the customer wanted to know if she would meet her that day. She said, she lived on a rural route not very far from where she was. She also said that she had the money for the Avon and was waiting for her husband to come home, they were about to leave to go on a trip. She asked if the Avon could be delivered that very afternoon. Well-she did have the time, but barely. So she said yes, that she would deliver the Avon that day to the lady on the phone. She still had to go and pick up her daughter from school before she could go. The lady said, "o.k., I'll be waiting for you."
And the Avon administrator went by the school and picked up her daughter. They headed out to the rural place where the lady lived out on the rural route. The day was a nice bright day and she was enjoying the drive with the windows down on her car. She was driving pretty fast on the little country roads and as she was passing a corn field, a small pig ran right in front of her car. She just barely hit the little pig with her car. But the little pig was still crying and fussing and holding her leg funny and her daughter was crying, "Oh Mommy, Oh Mommy, it's such a little pig." "please won't you call the vet." But there wasn't anything that she could do right then. So she told the daughter, " I'll go and deliver this Avon and when we come back through here, we will call the vet for the pig." So they left the pig lying there in the road. It looked quite sad when they left it. The ladies of the meeting were acting like they had been the ones who hit the little pig. They were oohing and ahhing all over the place. The lady assured them that the pig wasn't hurt badly.
When she came back from the lady she had delivered the avon to she looked for the little pig but couldn't find anywhere that even looked like where they had been. She couldn't find any trace of the little pig at all. She couldn't figure it out. But they went home and three days later there was a bill from a local vet in the mail. It was a bill for a hundred dollars. She said, "My husband will have a fit." "I can't figure it out, that pig must have squealed.
