Let me guess, you let your body go for too long and now you are in a hurry to lose weight for a wedding . Believe me, we've all been there. Fortunately for you, I'm going to teach you some very powerful techniques to lose weight for that important wedding.

Without knowing your body type, weight, physical condition, and days remaining for the wedding, we are going to have to approach this in a broad manner. Let's get to the meat of the subject and show you some great tips to lose those unwanted weight for that wonderful wedding.

Forget about trying to lose weight super fast for the wedding, losing to two pounds a week is safe and realistic. Losing 8 pounds in a month will make much more dramatic difference to your appearance than you might imagine. One pound of fat has about 3 times the mass of a muscle, imaging what losing 8 pounds in a month will do for your waistline.

Follow these rules to lose weight for the wedding:

No more sodas Replace soda with water until the day of the wedding. One can of soda is 100 calories and a pound of fat is equivalent to 3500 calories. If you drink soda daily that means replacing it with water will help you lose about a pound in a month.

Chew slowly Make a habit of eating slowly, chew your food for 30 second for every spoonful. There is a ten minute delay from when your stomach is full and when your brain gets the message. Eat slowly and you will not overeat.

Drink lots of water This is one the easiest and most effective method of losing weight. A favorite tip by dieticians, this will help you burn an extra 100 calories per day.

Exercise Remember, you are on a tight schedule here. Mix some light exercise to your daily activities, walking is a great way of burning lots of calories without putting too much strain on your body. If you are power-walking, walk for 30 minutes but if you want to walk more leisurely make it 50 minutes to an hour.
