Most people are running around frantic because their incomes have dropped dramatically or have become non-existent over the last year or so. I believe that the reason most people are so afraid and pissed off, at least to some degree is that they know that things can get worse and that they have not prepared for this type of economic down-turn or if you prefer, DEPRESSION.
Most of us in the United States and around the world have spent the past 50 plus years thinking this time would never come, "The Second Great Depression". You can blame it on many things or on many people, but the bottom line is it's here and baby it's bad- or is it?
Now that I have thoroughly depressed you with all the crap that we all hear about each and everyday, I would like to give you the good news and the "straight poop." No matter what you hear about this economy, lots of people are making lots of money. As a matter of fact I believe that just as in the last Great Depression this one will create more millionaires than any other time in history. One of the great things about financial down turns is that great deals are found everywhere. And in every sector of the economy from houses, cars, to electronics and more, this is when even the average person has the opportunity to get rich to play on a more even playing field.
Think in these terms. If you were to buy something that will retain a long term value for a deeply discounted price, and then let's say that what you bought goes back up in value along with the correction in the countries financial stability, then you can make a very nice profit right? So let's say you bought several things that had the same type of potential, wouldn't you say that you would have an even better chance of becoming financially well off? Just think for just one second if you had bought ten homes in the 1990s and sold them in the 2000's at their peak, how much money would you have again to buy now while property is once again a its lows.
Now let's look at a different scenario. What if while things were going good, you work smarter and harder? What if you opened up a business, a "Depression" proof business; something that deals with senior citizens or the Federal Government, or both?
The real deal is that people will tell you all day long that the sky is falling to instill fear in your heart and mind for one two reason:
1. They are afraid don't know any better
2. They are trying to control you along with everyone else to move you in the direction they have chosen for you as a Worker Bee, never getting more than your allotted amount out of life.
The choice is yours, simple and plain. You can buy into this Depression and the next horrible thing that may be-fall you. Or you can become a contrarian, moving against the common belief that the sky is falling and start on the path to building a future of prosperity even while you are at your lowest point
financial emotionally or spiritually.
