People usually think of home improvement and remodeling is all about adding a new room, having new tiles, new countertops, new cabinets, new windows and new backyard etc..... We tend to forget that exterior of a house or building needs to repaint every few years due to mold, algae, mildew growing on the building as many of us have seen and did not know what it is. This would be the black spots or black mold looking water marks typically appears on the norh side of a building as it is lack of sun to dry the humidity or water vapor.

Algae, Mold and mildew are caused of excess water. There is a product call photocatalyst, it is also know as titanium dioxide. This product is being used throughout the world in countries: Japan, Italy, Germany, Sweden, Australia, Singapore, Malyasia, Taiwan and China. They utilize photocatalyst to create self clean buildings, windows, doors and much more. This will quickly dry out the surface with lots of moisture the prevent fungus growing. This will last over 5 years after a building is treated with photocatalyst. This is a very inexpensive product and easy to use. It works just like a paint, except it doesn't have the smell like paint which is harmful to us.

Many painters does not want you to know about this product as they may fear that people like you and I will not call on them to get our house or office building painted every 5 years. They encourage to have your house re-painted every 5 years or less.

Photocatalyst harness light energy to breakdown organic substances such as mold, algae, mildew, benzene, Nox, car fume and exhaust. This phenomenon is achieved with catalystic reaction call hydrophilic, it is a term that mean hydrophilic surface prevents moisture from forming beads of by attracting and holding dirt and then streaking the surface. A thin film across a surface that interferes with the adhesion of photocatalyst can then easily remove the dirt. One construction industry application that is a United States is self clean glass.

The best to maintain your beautiful house is to take preventive measurment so that you don't have to worry about breaking a huge dent on your wallet. Having your house re-painted is expensive and time consuming on looking for a qualify painter. This product can and will save you lots of money in the long run. This investment makes sense to consumers because we are constantly looking for ways to beautify our house inside and out yet looking for cheapest way to maintain that new look we all enjoy to have.. You can look at this website at www. photocoat.com. I have this product used for my house on the windows. I don't have to worry about dirty windows and having spotts and streaks after rain. I am very please with it.

Sincerely yours

Michael Leigh
