Normally, people go for a job interview expect to be treated as someone who is reliable, quite experienced and can be efficient with the task assigned. They would like to handle all the questions-answers matters nicely and effectively up front to show the company they are the right person to fit in. At least, it should be so in the expectation of the job applicants to try their best to impress. What's more, first impression is always the prime effect afterwards.

However, there's some companies that have a different mindset at picking their right employees. They will consider the behavioural performance/attitude more important and wiser as a result of better employment choice.

During one Sunday sermon, our pastor spoke of this one :

Two people went for the same job interview. Of course, only one of them was to be taken in. Each of them was given a piece of cloth to wipe the table. No other thing to be required of them to do nor to dig deep for their valuable hard-earned qualifications. ( of course, both possessed the relevent requirements ) One of them reacted unhappily as to why he was asked to do a thing he had never even had to do it at home ( that's his mom or sister's duty ) and so he roughly wiped the table in a perfunctory manner. On the other hand, this other guy willingly and obediently took the piece of cloth and started wiping the table gingerly. Later on, the boss was impressed with the manner and attitude this guy showed as the table looked so fresh and spotless.

A lot of fresh-from-school are prone to this killer mistake while looking for a job. They are too proud to succumb to the environmental circumstances to compromise to secure a job. In a way, they are their own enemies. No wonder there's always jobless and aimless people wandering about, complaining the world.

I appreciate those who are serious about their work, family and life and an attitude. I believe the source of happiness starts from there.
