I. Place the 2 Hershey’s Kisses fat-end to fat-end
II. Wrap - Place the point of one of the kisses into the center of the cello or foil and wrap the foil around the two Hershey’s kisses
III. Take the pointed end of the skewer and jab it into the foil and into the pointed end of the bottom Hershey’s Kiss
IV. Take a 12-14" piece of floral tape (slightly stretched to achieve stickiness) and wrap the skewer, beginning at the Hershey’s kisses. Be sure to wrap the extra foil that isn’t covering the kisses.
V. About 3-4 inches down the skewer, take a rose leaf and place it flat against the skewer with the leaves facing up. Wrap the wire portion of the leaf and the skewer with the tape.
VI. 2 inches lower on the opposite sid, repeat the same step with the second leaf
VII. Finish wrapping the skewer
VIII. Pull the leaves out away from the “stem" and slightly bend each individual leaf tip to give a more realistic look
Viola! A beautiful Hershey’s kiss rose!!! With practice, you should be able to make these in just seconds!

I wish that there was a picture of a Hershey's Kiss rose bud. It would be easier to picture what it is suppose to look like. Respond to this comment

I did mine in a variety of "rose colors" using different colors of cellophane. These were done in bouquests, punched into a styrofoam base inside a clay flower pot. Tied a lovely ribbon into a bow (hot glued in place so it wouldn't slip), and set on the tables at my wedding reception as centerpieces. Into each pot was placed a large bamboo skewer (like for BBQ grilling), with a flag attached which announced to the guests that they were welcome to each take a rose home with them as a souvenir of the wedding. I kept one pot of roses for my new hubby and me. :)
