How holy thou art in Glory shod,
residing deep in the breast of God.
So gentle, so peaceful, that great rushing wind,
transforming men delivered from sin.
Now abiding God with us,
the Paraklketos,* the Dunamis.*'
That river so wide, that no man can cross,
no bounds, no limits, in reaching the Lost.

Fluttering down in the form of a Dove,
baptizing many, many speaking in tongues.
Gifts and miracles freely given,
bestowed by the Spirit blowing from Heaven.
His Spirit now dwelling in the souls of  men,
forgiven from sin, now born again.
The Counselor, the Comforter, leading men to the truth,
guiding the righteous, what's bound becomes loose.

The gateway to all things, the Spirit has wrought,
revealing the Godhead's deepest thought.
Taking from Christ and making it know,
spiritual truths begin to unfold.
Fire from Heaven has fallen on men,
dreams and visions surface again.
Raising the Christ by the Spirit's power,
the latter rains, have begun to shower

Yes, full of faith and the Holy Ghost,
the Spirit of Christ, the Lord of Hosts.
All are refreshed, whose backs have been trod,
keep blowing, keep blowing, O' Breath of God.
Signs and wonders all will see,
the Holy Spirit using me.
The anointing from Heaven, breaking yokes,
tearing down strongholds, freeing up folks.

The Spirit is brooding with the deepest moans,
there interceding, uttering groans.
With pangs of labor about to give birth,
to the Sons of God, who will reign on Earth.
Grieve not the Spirit, given by Him,
listen, be still, confess your sin.

So dwell in His presence, let that River swell,
quench not the spirit, pollute not thy well.

Written very prayfully and very carefully.

Rodney, this piece brought on the presence of God around me the more as I read it. The holy Word is like dynamite! (Dunamis) A well-written poetic sermon. Thank you!

Note: Look at the second line, I believe int is missing an "o" for into? And at the bottom, prayerfully instead of "pray fully." Many times when I cut and paste, weird things happen.

These oversights do not diminish the gift you have nor the message you gave.
