You want to step into that health spa across your office?

You know you want to...

Go ahead and make your plans for the weekend spa getaway you have always day dreamed about during your fifteen-minute coffee breaks. You deserve it!

People spend most of their lives cramped up somewhere working their socks off. They let their hectic lives drain the life and vigor from their entire being. As a result, these workaholics develop various syndromes that affect their health and state of mind.

This is where that daydream of your comes into view. You just cannot help it! You need to unwind and renew before you breakdown into a mush. You need to relax and appreciate the life that is given to you.

Health spas offer a variety of treatments that give you the much-needed rejuvenation. Therapists make sure that you become a new person the moment you step out of that massage cubicle. They completely immerse you into another world, where nothing else matters but you. They transform you into an individual rid of any negative effect, which fatigue and stress bathe you with.

Massage therapists are always equipped with dependable supplies that make up their complete hot stone massage kit. The kit helps them provide that specialized service and that rejuvenating experience that you need. What makes up this kit? Read on!

a.) Towels. Towels are essential in giving massages, especially hot stone massage. Therapists use these in draping the massage table, in draping the client, in handling the hot stones, and in drying the hot stones before placing them on the client. They use towels that are in contrast with the color of the stones they use. This allows them to see the stones easily.

b.) Heating pot. Massage therapists use this apparatus in heating up the massage stones. They place the stones in it and they fill it up with water until it is half an inch from the brim. Then, they heat up the stones between 120 and 150 degrees for about 15 to 55 minutes before each session.

c.) Massage stones. They commonly use basalt stones but others use chakra stones, marble stones, or jade stones, depending on how detailed the treatment is. These stones retain heat very well. They are also used to work up trigger points that need attention.

d.) Ice bath. Massage therapists never fail to keep this handy, always in their hot stone massage kit, just in case the client finds the stones too hot for them to take. The ice bath makes it easy for the therapist to cool down the stones or the client's skin. This also prevents minor burns that may occur.

e.) Oils. Essential oils make the stone massage experience a notch higher. The various fragrances enhance the renewal being provided by the stone massage. Therapists use fragrance oils or aromatic oils to facilitate relaxation.

Like any other professional, a massage therapist has to be armed with tools, which help them be true to the promise of what they do. These materials should always be taken into consideration every time they perform their treatments especially during the stone massage therapies.

So, go ahead! Step into that massage cubicle and make your daydream come true. You deserve it!

In the United States, the Swedish massage tends to be the most common choice for clients needing to relax their minds and bodies. However, several other massage options are available. For more information on hot stone massage kit, please go to http://www.tirmassagestone.com.
