Many people are going back to college, or they are starting college for the first time. And every time when they need to go back to the college dorms, they immediately have questions about what they need to bring with them.

What about you? Do you know what you need to bring with you to your college dorm room? Do you already have a list of what you need to bring? Read this article to find out some of the things you will need to bring with you to your dorm room.

Are you going back to college this year? If you are going back to college, then you need to get some college supplies for yourself and for your dorm room. Read this article for five suggestions of things you need to bring with you.

- Dorm Room Supplies. Find out what you need for your dorm room. Sometimes you even need to bring your own chair, so find out whether the room has a chair or not.

Otherwise, you will also need a lamp or two, so that you have enough light to do your homework. Find out what kind of lamps the room already has (if it has any), and get the other lamps that you will need. You should at least have a table lamp and a floor lamp, so that you have enough light.

- Clothes. What kind of clothes will you need to wear in college? Is it going to get cold there pretty soon? Is it going to be hot there for a while? Find out what the weather is going to be like there, and stock up on clothes you will need. Depending on the weather, there will be different clothes that you will need to wear.

You will need at least jeans, pants, t-shirts, sweaters. Then, depending on the weather, you will need warmer sweaters, jackets, winter jackets, and more.

- Shoes. Don't forget shoes! If you are going to play sports, you will need some sneakers. Otherwise, bring shoes that you are comfortable wearing every day. If you will need to walk a lot, take that into consideration when getting shoes for college.

- Cooking Supplies. Are you going to be cooking in college? Depending on that, you will need various cooking supplies. If you are only eating pizza and cereal, then you need a plate and a cereal bowl.

If you are planning on actually cooking in college, then you will need more dishes, such as a few pots, bowls and other cooking supplies.

- Bathroom Dorm Supplies. This includes shampoo, shower caddy, soap, towels and more.

- Dorm Bedding. Don't forget dorm bedding! Many times people recommend getting the XL twin bedding for a dorm room. You will need dorm sheets, a comforter, a pillow and pillow cases.

Find the bedding pattern you like, and get it for your dorm room bedding.
