Have you ever rented out a serviced apartment? Have you ever thought about renting out such a place? I, of course, am unsure as to how the readers of this article have answered these questions however I am one such person who loves to stay at these form of rental properties and in this article I will explain my reasons for this.

I am a businessman from Birmingham, which is located in the heart of England. In my line of work I probably have at least eight trips away from home (where I am spending at least one evening away) a year. I used to always book myself into hotels and fairly decent ones at that. I have always believed that it is essential to have somewhere to stay which is comfortable and which provides a good quality of food. When you work away as often as I do these things are essential as it can become quite lonely at times and there is nothing more depressive than having lodges which are poorly furnished with a meal that would not even be suitable in a prison.

About two years ago, a good friend and business contact was travelling with me to a seminar. He had arranged the place where we going to spend the next three nights and I had just presumed that he had booked us into a hotel (I had left this task in his more than capable hands). When we arrived in our location, which was in the Manchester region of England, I was more than a little surprised to find that he had booked us into a rental apartment. At the outset I felt rather let down and a little disappointed but this was soon to change as we entered the property which I have to say was very luxurious.

These three days/evenings were without doubt the best that I had had when away from home on business. It was like living in a dream, as we were stopping in a home that I could only ever dream of owning. We cooked our own meals but in truth ate out for the majority of the meals.

Nowadays I only ever stay in this form of property and I now always look forward to my business trips.
