Children are easy to please when it comes to food, which makes kids party planning quite elementary. Their tastebuds are not fully developed, so they love dishes that have simple tastes, except for those that are bland and bitter. Nearly every kid adores fast food, fried dishes, sweets, and pastries. Naturally, the food for the children's party must be based on the kids' preferences.
Cheeseburgers
Both kids and adults share their love for the world's most popular fast food the cheeseburger. The strong taste of the burger patty is well-complimented by the collective flavors of the bun, onions, tomatoes, and ketchup, creating a celebration on your tastebuds. Aside from being popular, the cheeseburger is also known for being very addictive. Your kids will surely get a kick munching on the sandwich. Just make sure that they don't overeat, since it packs hundreds of calories.
Ice Cream
Kids and ice cream are an inseparable pair. Its sweetness and texture makes the dessert among the favorite food of kids. Ice cream comes in a multitude of flavors, many of which never fail to please children as well as their parents. The same goes with its crispy texture. Many kids also like white meat. It is soft, tender, and has a distinct flavor. The favorite parts of kids are the drumstick and chicken breast. Make sure you serve more than enough, since one piece is not enough for a hungry toddler.
Candies
Eating candies is both a pastime and a snack for kids. They savor it when they're bored. They eat it when they're hungry. They let its flavor slide on their tongues whenever they're happy. During the children's party, you should have a bowl filled with candies, taffy, and lollipops. Just remind them to brush their teeth after, since sweets are notorious for causing tooth decay.
Spaghetti
Pasta is a versatile dish, given that many people differ in the type of pasta they like. In the case of children, spaghetti is undoubtedly their favorite. The dominating sweetness of meat sauce will make most kids, coupled with the subtle flavor of meat and the spaghetti noodles. No wonder spaghetti is prevalent in almost every children's party.
