An ordinary lady with an extraordinary heart Held a secret of how she withstood the hurt. I hope to meet one day to show me how to share Teach me life's lessons to know how to care.
She worked so hard in verdant fields Constantly involved in a farm that yields Harvest of organic fresh vegetables and fruits She toiled and trusted the soil will be generous.
Calloused hands committed and experienced Touched ones heart and unconditionally reached Out to the unfortunate, whose tired eyes knew A succor, she is a blessing not just to a few.
She had seen her husband and mate passed on Leaving her lonely but not helpless and alone. The painful memory etched in her heart no cure Happiness is helping the poor, intentions so pure.
She will not think twice to help and to encourage People who are less fortunate and disadvantage She helped a friend without counting the cost Of her precious time, willingly do it foremost.
It is hard to find in this uncaring busy world A lady whose time and efforts are good as gold. She is an ordinary person but oh so extraordinary To the homebound, helpless, sick and weary.
Will I ever have the chance to shake her hand? And look in her eyes and find no magic wand. Her caliber and kind is in shortage we know The purity of her heart in her face will show.
She slept better and she pondered peacefully Her golden caring heart will glow unceasingly. Humility, her intolerance to suffering welded With her warmth and her faith in God manifested.
