Executive Summary A common ploy of a police state is to take good care of their workers while the people in general go without. They want the loyalty of their workers as a rebellion preventative measure. The disparity is vast. Those working in government are just coasting, thinking the problems in the economy do not apply to them, just those in the private sector. This helps establish a them and you mentality conditioning the government workers not to identify with the common folks. This of curse conditions them to look the other way as the situation worsens. Ever notice the attitude the government workers have towards you? Think any of these people demonstrated against Obama?

Average Federal Worker Wages Combined with benefits the average federal worker earns $119,982. The average worker in the private sector gets about half of that - $59,909. Think about this. These people have no recession.

Average of Benefits for Federal Workers This averages $40,000 per year. This is four times what the average private sector employee gets. Life is good for them.

Retirement Only 12% of the private sector employees have any retirement to supplement social security. The average annual pension is $13,083. The average federal worker has benefits many times greater than the private sector and they can retire 10-25 years earlier and you foot the bill.

Local Nightmares in Benefits In San Jose, Ca hundreds of retired workers get over $100,000 in pensions plus free healthcare. Florida taxpayers pay $1,400,000,000 in healthcare coverage expenses for state employees who also get free college classes.

Conclusions Forget working in the private sector. It is a dead end. Get a government job if you are going to stay in the USA. If you can't get a government job then try to get on disability, welfare, or social security. Trying to make it working in the private sector is over. Best advice, leave.
