Digital printing:

This is the best printing method for the people who are looking to print their products urgently. Most of the digital printing companies will take only less quantity of orders. These printing machines basically use wet inks and also the printed sheets for the printing purposes. This printing process is best for the people who are looking for booklet making, cutting, folding, etc. Therefore for the on-demand printing needs, the best option would be the digital printing.

Litho printing:

This is printing method that is basically used for bulk printing and large quantity printings. You will be able to finish the work with flexible time. Basically this is a cost effective printing method as you will be giving bulk orders. As the quantity increases, you will be able to print with cheaper price. Once the printing press is set the job, it is capable of printing ten thousand to thirty thousand pages per hour. Most of the litho printing process uses the lithograph printing equipments for printing. In the lithograph printing the price is set on the cost of the paper.

As the offset printing or lithograph printing is 10 times quicker than the digital printing, once the printing press is set for a job, the whole printing process will be completed quickly. For example, a one lack quantity order may take an hour once the offset printing press will set up. The offset printing is capable of printing sixteen pages on a single press sheet. Alternatively, if you are going for a digital printing with the same quantity, it may take 2 to 3 days to complete the work. But if you are going for small orders, nothing is better than the digital printing. You will be able to make good quality sheets with the help of the digital printing. Most of the companies are using both of these printing methods. You can also find many printing companies one the net who will offer you the job with great discounts and offers.
