Yes, by fact and experience thanks in my opinion by their deeds to the likes of Mr. Schumer, Nelson, Reid, Pelosi Graham and Martinez and the rest of our protecting representatives the banks, other lenders and IRS can take your Social Security or lock you out of your money. In fact lenders and banks have the right to only give you what they care to, that is if they want to. Yes even though it is your money, FACT.
This is not made up make believe this is reality. Have one overdraft, bad check, problem of any kind your problem or not and you will find out ASAP the truth. Don't have any, well you just don't know and frankly don't believe! Ask my MIL who made a simple math error one number. what havoc she is going through and after being with one bank for over 40 years without one problem. Won;t happen to you, REALLY, HELLO!
Now don't get me wrong and please understand, the rich don't have this problem, only average people. They call that being intelligent, prudent, smart. I call it hiding your assets. Their wealth, well get this, they don't own anything REALLY. Yes they don't have the same penalties as average folk because there is nothing to get REALLY, HELLO. Yes all protected and they do profess mind you. Rhetorically one might think that it shows you where their heart lies. Yes, see you all in church.
You see the very instant your "Social Security" is deposited it is no longer Social Security. Only the physical check is and if you cash it you then and only then do you have full say over it. Hey not you, well sh__ happens and you never know when. The trick is if you have POA you have access regardless if you are on the account or not. That is durable POA. So the trick is to never make the account joint. In most cases and always check, that SS is safe and cannot be touched if arranged in this manner. Once your name is on the account then all is up for grabs.
They have "The Right of Recovery."That means any account in joint and has multiple names on it, well lets say you and your spouse and your spouse has a problem, well they can go in and take what they want to and you can't do squat about it. Its the law you know. Yes like usury, right Mr. Schumer. Yes, he's on the finance committee. You know the one that gave all the bling out to those "irresponsible" bankers and stock brokers, fact. Yes along with Mr. Dodd, they're working hard on health care, really and all for us, really because you know "help is on the way."
Yes and get this collectors can garnish it and judges will agree with them. Thats right, they're also honorable, really! Yes read Psalm 59 NIV. Yes and now they have made it that the IRS can take everything. Yes the wizards of protecting us, you know your parties, those you "trust" and elect each election time have made it so. Yes the law of contracts a fictional piece evidently made to support those that have money. Unsecured, meaningless, men of honor, really, where? Go and find them? Do you think they are at church, in congress, serving the people, really, you really believe this?
So I wrote this to try to wake up those who have Social security, who never had a problem because as we get older we do occasionally slip. We forget a deposit, make an addition error, and when that happens your friendly banker will be right their to take, take and take. Yes and like I said those that have, well we all know their God don't we? Think about it, now seriously, where their heart lies tells it all. What they dwell on, what they protect.
Now let me ask you this, if that wasn't so. If government had we the people in mind, in the banks were really friendly, why is so many running around looking to connive? You answer that one because well, that is just another sign!
