Lets review facts - reality - truth.

1- There are no laws, legislation, statues either state or federal that speak to "uninsured" debt therefore their is no one who can help, fact!!!!!!

2- Debt collectors, banks and lenders tell, by fact, the State and Federal government by experience and knowledge and using my words, buzz off, FACT.

3- The state and federal agencies are mammon pits sucking down tax payer dollars who in my opinion by experience and fact little to nothing to help the consumer, fact. They just collect data and rarely act. Why, business as usual.

4- The courts, lawyers, the state and our representatives ignore basic contract law and side with the lenders, fact.

5- Usury, made legal, fact.

6- IRS given open reign on debtors, fact.

7- Negotiate, really, fact.

8- They will take the eyeballs out of your head, fact.

9- By fact of the law of contracts an oral offering has as much weight as a written offering yet in debtors court, forget about it! Yes, the contract because the intent was never to make it uninsured, because your in court. Yes and assets, property, and of course your money is collateral and supposedly a non collateral loan untouchable, really. You'll never hear that but you will hear excuse or explanation after explanation.

10- 2005, in my opinion the year of sin. Ask the Senators like Mr. Schumer, Mel Marteniz and Bill Nelson of Florida, Hillary, and a host of other from both parties. In my opinion the destruction of people began.

11- Elected officials little Gods who cannot be regulated by anyone, got that, anyone! Ethics, your dreaming!

Yes, so rhetorically, I ask you who support, approve, allow, condone and find nothing wrong and accept this, one can only say guess what, I need not explain it. Yet you know something, you don't care, another fact. You have yours, you made your bed and you chose who you follow regardless of whom you profess by mouth. It really is that simple. You cannot serve mammon and God. Which do you serve. It is evident in ones deeds.

Who do you think these politicians serve? How about you Mr. Obama, Reid, Pelosi, Schumer, Nelson. etc, no not what you say, by mouth and profess your deeds say it all! Yes and think about this, peace prize? Yes, just  ask the creators of it all. You know them by name, by smile, by their works. Check them out on their voting records and campaign contributions. Oh, I forgot, many really don't care.
