We all have fears . We all have weaknesses . We all struggle at times . We all can succeed. We should all have BIG dreams. We all should live the life we have always dreamed of.

It's been often said that we are born with only a couple of fears. The two I have heard we are born with are the fear for falling and the fear of loud noises. All of our other fears we acquire as we experience life. What is the number on fear people have public speaking. It's not the fear of heights, the fear of rejection, the fear of AIDS but speaking.

Fears are the result of not having faith. Not having confidence. Faith and fear can't exist in a room at the same time. Fear is almost always due to not be prepared, not having confidence.

Everyone has to have a game plan on how their lives are to be lived. It all starts with a dream , then established goals, that require action that will produce results. It requires us to face our fears then plow ahead and ignore those fears. As we conquer our fears we grow, we get stronger. How do you do this ?? It's not easy but it also is not hard. I advise my coaching clients that there are 10 1/2 key points. They are:

1. Dream !! Let you mind ignore ALL fears and dream of what you want in life. Dream of your passion.

2. Set goals to help you accomplish and reach your dreams. Write them down !

3) Take action. Dreaming and planning are great but that alone isn't enough. You need to get momentum and take the steps you need to and ignore all fear. Just do it !

4) Slow down ! Reflect each day on what you have accomplished and celebrate small victories !! Reflect on what you want.

5) Keep your life in balance. Too much work will screw up your home life. Too much home life will screw up work. Also, keep your spiritual life in balance.

6) Don't try to do it alone. We all need help. Don't be proud and be a one man wrecking crew. I was for years and it held me back. Most of all find cheerleaders that will celebrate and support all you do .

7) Embrace change !! These are the times of change. Politically, economically. Those that thrive and not just survive have a mindset of change .

8) Sharpen your saw. Read, attend classes, seminars, listen to cd's, watch educational dvd's and the n read some more. Books alone can train you and your mind for darn near anything ! Keep growing !

9) Have gratitude. Give thanks for all you have . Take time to reflect on your blessings. Take NOTHING for granted.

10) FF BAMA !! Conquer your Fears, have Faith, Believe in yourself, have the Attitude of greatness, capitalize on Momentum, take massive Action each and every day !!

10 ) Give back to the community and the world. Many people feel this is part of gratitude. I half agree but feel leaving your legacy need extra focus !!

If you practice these 10 1/2 points. Just 10 1/2, you will find what I call your missing power. You all have it deep within you but many times it's unleashed but it is there. I have helped find it in many, many people. So now it is up to you. Shed, ignore, block out, conquer your fears . Live your dream life and nothing, nothing less !!!
