and step on the scale and see that your efforts have made a difference.

You will be able to apply what you've learned right now and notice a

Caveat : Always consult your primary care physician before you start a diet or exercise program!
Three Main Principles For Losing Fat Fast!
The
following are three very simple concepts, but they have a profound
impact on your weight loss goals. Master these concepts and implement
them each day. Your body will have no choice but to drop those extra
pounds!
One: Change Your Diet. You know that
you need to eat a bit healthier than you've been doing. But did you
realize that just a few small changes to your diet can help you melt
away several pounds of fat in only a few weeks?
- Here's a few simple diet changes you can make.
- Switch to "lite" salad dressing.
- Switch to low fat cheese and milk
- Switch to whole grain breads and pastas
- Reduce high fat meats (bologna, hot dogs, sausage, fried chicken, etc.)
- Decrease deep fried foods
Two: Change Your Activity Level.
Get up and move! You need to get those muscles working and get your
heart pumping for a little bit. If you will burn 250 more calories
than you eat each day, then in two weeks you will have lost one pound.
If you double the number of extra calories burned, then you can lose a
pound a week - easily!
Here's a few simple activities you can easily add to your daily routine:
- Walking
- do it whenever you can at a brisk pace. Add 5 minutes here and there
each day until you are walking for at least 30 minutes each day.
- Take the stairs whenever you can - instead of the escalator or elevator.
- Do pushups, pullups and deep-knee bends each day (modify these to fit your fitness level).
Three: Change Your Drinking Habits.
This is the simplest concept, but for many its the hardest one to
implement. If you're addicted to soda, juices, sports drinks, etc. -
you must break your addiction and learn to drink more water!
Each
can of soda adds about 150 calories to your diet. A 20 ounce bottle
adds almost 300 calories! If you drink one bottle a day, then you can
potentially add about a pound of extra fat to your body each 11 days!
Now you know how easy it was for those pounds to creep up on you!
If
you must drink soda, switch to diet soda. But set a goal to reduce your
dependency on soda to the point where you only have a diet soda once a
week as a reward for sticking to your diet plan and seeing success.
If
you will cut out one bottle of soda every day for the next 11 days, you
should drop 1 pound of body fat! How does that motivate you?
Quit
soda and significantly reduce other sugary sweet beverages such as
juices and sports drinks. These are almost always sweetened with high
fructose corn syrup - which is even worse for you than sugar!
Just
drink water instead. Your body will thank you, and you will notice a
difference on the scale and in the mirror very quickly! Plus you'll
feel better!
Four: Cheat a Little. Its OK to
have cheat days on your diet plan. But cheat days in your plan!
Reward yourself when you've been successful and have a small, moderate
"cheat" food or drink. Don't over do it! Just a small cheat for doing
so well - that's all you need.
If you will take just a few of
these simple concepts and implement them into your daily routine, you
will begin to notice weight loss on your body in just a few weeks! I
implemented these ideas and lost 30 pounds in just a few months! If I
can do it - so can you!!
