It seems to be in the news every few weeks this year. The right to Open Carry a right not so often used by the general public. Is a right not used one that will be taken away.

I am happy that people are thinking for themselves now day. From the runaway bankers salaries to politicians shoving their views and policies down our throats; the general public is not happy. Its is why so many people are exercising their rights. At the forefront is the open carry right; or the new Don't tread on me movement. Watch this video:

A interesting peaceful statement of a man exercising his rights in Arizona durning, I repeat during an Obama Health care debate. As local law enforcement brushes up on the law, ordinary people are one step ahead bring this issue to the general public.

I also offer you to consider your right to freedom and pursuit to your idea of happiness. Others are above this and feel that it is their right to dictate your freedoms; like this exert from a Associated Press Article:

Associated Press

April 21, 2009

MADISON, Wis. -

Milwaukees police chief said Tuesday hell go on telling his officers to take down anyone with a firearm despite Attorney General J.B. Van Hollens finding that people can carry guns openly if they do it peacefully.

Milwaukee Police Chief Ed Flynn said hell continue to tell officers they can't assume people are carrying guns legally in a city that has seen nearly 200 homicides in the past two years.

My message to my troops is if you see anybody carrying a gun on the streets of Milwaukee, well put them on the ground, take the gun away and then decide whether you have a right to carry it, Flynn said. Maybe I'll end up with a protest of cowboys. In the meantime, I've got serious offenders with access to handguns. Its irresponsible to send a message to them that if they just carry it openly no one can bother them.

State Justice Department spokesman Kevin St. John declined to comment.

This is from a officials that is sworn to serve and protect.

I am not asking you to strap on a firearm and go looking for a fight; I am asking that you visit this issue with friends and family to make everyone aware that we the people are watching out for our rights.
