Shopping for promotional items can be fun and frustrating. You have to do some research and shop with a reputable company to be sure you get exactly what you ask for. Asking the right questions will help you make the best selection. The following information should be helpful when determining which company you will select.

1. Is there a satisfaction guarantee? This is different than a money-back guarantee but most companies will offer this. Basically it mans that if you are not pleased with your product, they will be redone until you are satisfied.

2. DO YOU HAVE AN ART DEPARTMENT ? Many times although you may have a logo or slogan that you will want imprinted, it may not be print ready or it may need some additional work done to it. A company that has an art department ready to make your logo print ready will save time and money for you.

3. Do you offer delivery confirmation and delivery guarantee? This might be one of the most important questions. Depending on their location and the form of delivery shipping could take weeks. You definitely want a company that will offer these services in the event of a time line or a holiday you are trying to target. Otherwise you could be stuck without your merchandise.

What is the shipping location. Depending on where the item is processed, it may take considerably longer to ship, for instance if it is an international company. This is just another thing you need to be aware of when considering shipping cost and timing before placing your order.

Be sure you are dealing with a reputable company when shopping on the net for logo printed items . There are so many vendors that offer custom printed merchandise just be sure to ask the right questions to get the best your money can buy.
