I'm sure you've seen it. I hope you didn't buy it. It is the fat burning belt that you strap to your waist made famous by infomercials at 1am. This commercial features hard-bodied models lounging by the pool and watching tv while wearing their magic belt. Apparently it just melts the pounds away. Actually it is basically a belt with little heating elements in it that does little but cause discomfort and sometimes burns, while making you feel foolish for buying it. If you fell into this trap, I'm sorry. But there is hope if you're looking for real help with burning fat. They are called thermogenic fat burners.

So what is a thermogenic fat burner? It is a dietary supplement that basically increases your body's metabolism, your body's internal fat burning engine.
