Standing in the middle of a meadow, tall grass and a giant tree around me.

The sky is turning gray, and I continue to stay.

They say I need to pray and follow a different way.

People are blind they just can't see here I am it's only ME.

Heart in pieces, soul in shambles, and mind is in overload,

I am following my own road.

They say I am wrong because I stay strong.

They think I am a freak because I am not weak. The answers they may seek, no one will ask, they think it is a god forsaken task.

They just can't see it's only ME.

Rain drops fall upon my face, lightning is a near trace, but I continue to stay.

I would like to tell them what they would like to hear, but without a tear they will never fear.

I am the one they want to beat, making me have a permanent seat.

They just can't see it's only ME.

Yes I do, I think poems are a great form of letting things out like stress.
