The Green Man is a British pub and restaurant known for its pints and authentic cuisine. They serve breakfast all day long. Al-bait is located beside the Green Man and is wonderfully cosy, with an Arabian vibe. Sweeing-tasting shishas are available, along with strong Arab coffee and delicious hummus.

Beef and chicken satay are main Malaysian fare. Great satay can be had from the street vendors and outdoor eating markets. One restaurant deserving an acknowledgement is Restoran Chinatown Pavallion. Most people who go to KL stay in three five star hotels, but if you happened to want a cheap stay, Backpacker's travellers Inn is the place to go. Friendly staff, respectfully quiet hallways, internet access, and a rooftop bar are all draws to this inexpensive home away from home.
Those with more time on their hands will likely get out of the city for a trip to the idyllic countryside but those pressed for time in the big smoke will still find plenty of ways of filling their time
