As I have noticed the rapid increase of needs and prices of goods, I thought of how the less fortunate students made both ends meet. It is really hard to study while the budget is running-out. Going to school is so expensive that a lot of Filipino parents cannot send their children to college. So as for a solution, students tend to work on part-time jobs to be able to survive.

Companies offering part-time jobs are really helpful for hardworking students and unprepared parents. They can provide the budget that a student needs to study and to fulfill his dream. This also serves as trainings for the students for the real world. This jobs can sharpen the students' brains and nurture their potentials.

The most sought after part-time jobs that can really help in-need students are the sales department. Usually, students 18 and above are given an opportunity of being dealers. This is the most effective sideline because the student has the decision on whether what time he will sell the products. He is not committed to do tasks in a certain time that most of the companies are expecting. The student is free to study and do his home works while earning money.

Another effective part-time job is offering tutorial services. Similar to being a dealer, being a tutor has an advantage of having free time for studying and doing assignments. The tutor can set his convenient time to meet his pupil. And at the same time, the tutor can earn large sum of money depending on his rate. Being a tutor is also an advantage for part-timers because it can extract the knowledge that are somehow stuck at the back of their heads. It can also improve their thinking and thus help in their studies.

Lastly, another effective sideline is being a consultant. Probably this cannot be applied for the undergraduate students because it requires expertise and experience for the certain field. However, it is really an effective sideline because it takes only a few hours of discussing and talking. After those few hours, you can enjoy the large sum of money it pays.

Hi, Mich! If your dream is to become rich, I don't suggest that you go making someone else rich. In other words, I don't suggest that you work for someone else's company, instead, establish your own company and hire other people to make you rich. I know many poor people who established business establishments which had humble beginnings and their vision, knowledge, patience and diligence paid off. Of course, this is just what I think.

Moreover, the following is one of the many things that king Solomon, a man whom God had given wisdom, said regarding being poor: "He who has a slack hand becomes poor,

But the hand of the diligent makes rich. "
