Parrots are very talkative in nature and at times they talk so much that their owners do not want them to talk at all. Sometimes parrots do stop talking in reality. This can happen in any of the following cases:

When you will change the residence the parrots will feel the difference and they will get home sick and will stop talking.

The parrots may also stop talking when they are not in good health. This is a sign that you need to take your parrot more seriously and care for his health.

Parrots also feel the things that are changing around them. If you disturb their room too much they may feel sad or even bad about it and may stop the parrot talking. In such cases you should consider making the changes that will make the parrots happy.

If you have added new parrots, the parrots may stop the parrot talking. This is also natural because they will not feel comfortable with the new family members and they will take their time before making the adjustments.
The parrots will also stop the parrot talking if you have an animal in the house that the parrots feel threatened from. They will stop talking out of fear. You can either remove that animal or you change the area that the animal spends time in.

The parrots are intelligent birds and they do get bored when they do not have enough to do. They will show their misery by stop doing the parrot talking. They want to get the opportunities to learn and they want the atmosphere to be lively and engaging. You should talk a lot to your parrots and you should give them new words regularly. This will keep them interested and they will not stop talking.
