After reading the Word the other day my mind wondered to the messages to the seven churches as defined by Christ in the last book of the bible. Now to unbelievers, athiests, professors meaningless, yet to those who look for Christs return I see nothing in my opinion then more prophesy. In fact as I read I see once again over and over the use of the word "works". Now many may take offense to that saying you can't "work" your way to heaven and I do not want to imply that is what is meant, yet it must have been impoirtant to our Lord becuase He, not I, uses that term over and over again. Hey, read it for yourself.
I also find that as He, the Lord speaks, He defines others in those churches who fit exactly those of this age. Yes, many will say He was speakinbg to that age and in that we differ in opinion. Now rather then me quote each letter I suggest you who doubt, who want to know more, pick up the Word and read and contimplate which church you belong to and who you are as a believer. No, not the otehr person, you. It is in my opinion another sign coming as a warning mind you from our Lord Himself that He knows the churches and those that comprise them.
