Sub-conscious mind is basically an unconscious mind. It exists because it remains unattended. The knowledge of the sub-conscious frees you. It is the freedom from your own sub-conscious that heals.

What constitutes mind? The conditioning imprinted on consciousness generates mind, and the personality. The study of the self is the way to step out of psychological limitations. The sub-conscious can be known by becoming an observer. Watch your own thoughts Watch your own anger, fears, anxieties and insecurities. Unknown facts will be revealed. The negative emotions are floating because of ignorance of the self. Unattended files of your sub-conscious results into negative, as well as positive, emotions as a reaction to an external situation. Since, most of us habitually react we remain aloof of our own sub-conscious, and therefore stay in bondage and suffering.

We connect to physical world through five senses- sight, sound, smell, taste and touch. The data received via five senses, as pure information, is in-fact interpreted by the mind, based on what lies in sub-conscious. For example one says- ‘rose is the most beautiful flower’ and the other says- ‘lotus is the most beautiful’. It is not that one is more beautiful than the other. The choosing is in mind. Choosing is the mind. Mind is the source for the origin of likes and dislikes. Your feelings and emotions originate from the conditioning of likes and dislikes, buried in the sub-conscious.

Beyond mind is that which sustain mind. Beyond mind is your ultimate freedom. Self knowledge is the way to heal, and is the door to the Ultimate.
