A lot has been written about many diets, and many are fads. However, what you will see below is an effective, week diet to lose weight fast (up to half a stone in weight) in a healthy manner.
The rules Are simple. You follow the diet as written.
No substitutions, no cheating, and no starting this diet wihout consulting your doctor first.
You will lose weight fast, and a lot of it, so make sure your body is ready for it.
There is nothing listed in the diet menus that cannot be found anywhere.
Use salt sparingly. During the week do not eat fats except as listed.
If there is a food you dislike, then this diet is not for you. No substitutions are allowed, but follow as written and you will lose weight fast and in a healthy manner Three meals a day are allowed Breakfast, Lunch and dinner and they listed in that order below against each day.
SO here you go the lose weight fast diet follow it as written and watch the pounds fall off.
Monday
1 piece of fruit in season 1 slice of brown bread without butter or honey Coffee or Tea Sliced cold chicken. No skin. 1 tomato Water or diet drink I can Tuna Mixed Green salad no oil, or dressing. 1 slice brown bread 1 piece of fruit in season Tuesday
1 piece of fruit in season 1 slice of brown bread without butter or honey Coffee or Tea Mixed Fresh Fruit Salad Water or diet drink Grilled ground meat steak. 350 grams only Tomato, cucumber and olives. No oil Tea or Coffee Wednesday
1 piece of fruit in season 1 slice of brown bread without butter or honey Coffee or Tea
1 can of Tuna fish1 grapefruit Water of diet drink Any Roast meat Mixed Green Salad, no oil 1 tomato Tea Thursday
1 piece of fruit in season 1 slice of brown bread without butter or honey Coffee or Tea
2 hard boiled eggs Cottage Cheese Tomato I slice of brown bread Water or diet drink Boiled chicken (as much as you want) Mixed Green Salad, no oil Tea or coffee Friday
1 piece of fruit in season 1 slice of brown bread without butter or honey Coffee or Tea Large bowl of cottage cheese Green salad, no oil 1 slice of brown bread Water or diet drink Grilled fish of any kind Large mixed salad or vegetables 1 slice of brown bread Tea Saturday
1 piece of fruit in season 1 slice of brown bread without butter or honey Coffee or Tea Large Mixed Fruit salad Water or diet drink Oven roasted chicken Tomato salad with lettuce and fresh onion 1 grapefruit Coffee or Tea Sunday
1 piece of fruit in season 1 slice of brown bread without butter or honey Coffee or Tea Sliced Cold Cuts Mixed cooked vegetables 1 Grapefruit Water or diet drink
2 hard boiled eggs I slice of brown bread Mixed salad no oil Tomato Coffee or tea Remember, no cheating. Drink also water in between meals if you are hungry. Drink water in any case, between meals. Eat early. Do not have your diner after 19:00 hours under any occasion.
You will lose weight fast where other diets have failed you in the past.

hello every1 i have reed all the messages. i live in essex and i am 22 i have a daughter and before i had her i was 10 stone now im 12 and just cant get to where i was. im size 12 in clothes and my friens think i have nothing to worry about but i am.
How exactly is 'being size 12' a problem for you? To me it does not really look like you are having a weight problem, but rather emotional or psychological one. Saying that, it is true in most cases of weight issues. Your life must have changed in many aspects since you have your child. Change like that reflects on everything in your life, even body metabolism.

hi im 17 and im 13 stone and in 5'4 and i need to loss weight can u give me any tips that will help me loss weight and stay that way insted of putting it all back on in a cupple of months.
My tip: Get clear on what makes you want to loose weight. I mean what is your true motivation to loose weight? Make sure it is something really important to you.
The other part is what makes you be overweight? What are you doing differently now than when you were in your optimal body weight/shape? You need to be very honest with yourself to succeed in this. Are they your bad eating habits? What kind of food do you tend to choose that you know are not good for you? Are you keeping fit by doing sports/walks etc.?
Keeping the ideal weight is not simply about food. Human body is made of much more than just nutrition.
Are you in a 'fat loss' competition or something? What's the hurry? I would not recommend this on it's own and without prior consultation with someone who knows your health, but if you truly have a valid reason to loose weight, go on a water fast at least for 24 hours every week. If you are in a competitive mood, take this challenge. Respond to this comment
im 14, and im 5.3, and i weigh about 9 stone. my aunty called me fat & it really knocked my confidence. i started a diet i read in a magazine, and lost about 3-4 pounds. now im starting this diet, and exercising for 1-2 hours everynight, lets see if i can lose weightt ;)

I Need Help im 14 and weigh 11 & 1/2 stone and im 4'11, i also get bullied at school. My friends use me to go with them to meet boys because im big and there skinny and they know theres no way the boys will go for me what should i do ? Does this diet Work? because i've tried so many diets that dont work.

hi, i have a relativley easy way you can do that. give up bread, potatoes and pasta (no its not atkins) just eat good meat/protein sources, vegtables and fruit, cut out dairy too if you can or just hav one cup of tea or coffee a day.
When you wake up before you have anything to eat, go for a quick 20min walk on an empty stomach.(everyday)
Watch your portions, every meal should fit on a small sideplate. have about five small meals about 3hours apart. You have a nice stuff like sausages and bacon, just dont go overboard.
Ilost a lot of weight this way and have kept it off for three years. stick with it and so will you.good luck

Seems like alot of people here are getting Bullied, this should not happen to anyone, firstly stand up for yourself, secondly tell anyone that will listen that you are getting bullied etc headteachers, teachers, parents, family and friends.
bullies are real weak people if you stand up they will back off.
As for weight dont lose it for some-else to love you, if they dont love you as you are - why would you even want them? think about it - what happens if you put it back on? if all you love is based on looks forget it because everyones looks fade as its called getting old! Remember, no to bullying! and no to losing weight to be loved!

im 15, 11 and half stone. and im going to spain with all my friends next month and i dont want to be embaressed and trapped. i just want to be skinny!!
im 12 and i fell that im too FAT and people have been saying no your not your just the right weight and all but how am i supposed to know if that is right or not im training to be a child model with mode direct and they have said to me that i need to lose 3 stone in 3 weeks so how can i make thta happen i just fell is modeling the right thing to waste this on ?????
im 16 in one month around 5'6 - 5'7 and im 12 stone, im not putting anymore weight on, but i am EXTREMELY unhappy, and want to idealy loose up to 2 or 3 stone, i am on this diet, on the second day, and i am feeling very hungry ! Hey, I am 17 years old, I am 11 stone, around 5'3..I know I am fat. I want to be like the girls in my college so badly, people say that I am confident, but I just feel fat and gross! I have tried to diet so many times... But I like food. Haha.. Its strange I know. I'm just so unhappy right now.
