If you've ever been startled by a surprise visitor or package delivery at your home, you probably realize the importance of early warnings. Perhaps you were right in the middle of something important, and the doorbell rang. You had no time to prepare for the visitor.

Sometimes on your day off from work, you like to just wander around the house in your pajamas, but then you're surprised when someone knocks at the door. Then you have to scramble just to get dressed quickly and make the person wait in the process. These situations can be quite awkward and embarrassing!

An Alarm Designed to Alert You in Advance

The Driveway Patrol Wireless Driveway Alarm System, an As Seen on TV product, was designed particularly for these surprise moments and to increase the security of your home. It can be purchased for just a few more dollars than several fast food combos.

This amazing, yet simple, product provides advance warnings when someone enters your drive or walkway at your home or business.

How the Alarm Works

Driveway Patrol works using a transmitter and receiver, which are both battery operated. You'll need to purchase one 9V battery and three "C" batteries separately.

Using special infrared technology to detect motion, the Driveway Patrol can detect vehicles or people who are approaching, and the motion can be detected up to 400 feet away. This helps to warn you or alert you of the happenings around your home at all times.

Installing the Driveway Patrol Alarm System

The transmitter is placed outside, and the receiver is placed inside. No tools or wires are required for installation. It only takes a minute or two to install this simple alarm system. No experience is necessary.

Weather Resistant

The Driveway Patrol alarm is waterproof and weather resistant, so there's no need to take it in during a rain storm.

Creative Uses for the Driveway Patrol

Not only for protection, this simple alarm can be used in many creative ways. If you work or reside in an area of your home where the driveway is not visible and you won't hear anyone knocking, the alarm can alert you if you're expecting a person or a special delivery.

If you want to be alerted when the mail arrives, you can use the alarm system to monitor your mail box. Maybe your kids are outside playing and you want to make sure they don't wander out of their own yard. NOTE: This is not meant as a deterrent, but only an alert for you. The person on the outside will not know that they're being monitored.

Another way this alarm can be used is at businesses, especially stores that are open late at night, and wish to monitor their parking areas or behind the building. It will alert employees when someone is present outside the building or if someone enters the building.

There are many uses for the Driveway Patrol Alarm System, and you'll find it to be far less expensive than many sophisticated driveway alarms on the market.
