Want to eliminate the accidents that a puppy can make in your house? Potty training a puppy while they are young is the key to getting them "house broken". Just like training them to either sit, stay, or fetch while they are young, potty training is no different. Dogs need to learn tricks and training while they are young so they get in the habit and routine of repeating each task.

Here are some simple ways that you can potty train your puppy:

1. First choose a spot for your puppy to go to the bathroom. Typically what you want to do is find an area outside your house, usually in the backyard and make sure that you walk around and play with the puppy for a long period of time. A puppy will normally have to go the bathroom in short periods of time, so eventually it will go somewhere outside. Wherever the puppy goes the first time, make sure you consistently take it outside to that spot.

2. Take your puppy for long walks. This is also the key to making accidents in your house minimal or having none at all. Your puppy will walk and sniff out other dog’s territories and markings and will want to mark its own territory. Your puppy will enjoy going for a walk and usually that is the best way to get your dog in the habit of going.

3. Make frequent attempts at taking your dog outside or for a walk. Consistency is the formula for successfully potty training your puppy. You cannot leave your puppy inside the house for long periods of time because as I mentioned earlier, they typically have to go a lot while they are young. So make sure you let them outside often and go for a walk at least once or even twice a day while they are young.

By following these simple steps and reading more information at: http://www.PuppyTraining.ZoomReviews.com you can be sure to have an accident free and house broken puppy.
